We care for every paw, tail, and whisker.
Last Chance Pet Rescue, Inc., was created to help save animals who are being held in animal control facilities in Middle Tennessee that euthanize. We are a foster-based rescue in the White Bluff area. Our board members, foster families, and team members are all volunteers – we have no paid staff.
This means we are passionate about protecting and loving animals who otherwise don’t have a chance. It also means that the only way we can help these animals in need is to have donations and foster families.
Monetary donations go toward medical bills as well as basic needs – like food, shelter, and equipment – for all our animals. We also provide a low cost spay/neuter program for the residents of Dickson County. This lets us pay for their animals to be fixed, helping to stop the overwhelming number of abandoned, discarded, and mistreated kittens, cats, puppies and dogs in our communities.

Foster homes may be one person or an entire family. They may be younger individuals in the workforce or retired seniors looking to give back. They are all an integral part of keeping animals from being unnecessarily euthanized! The truth is, fostering is easier than you think and more rewarding than you can imagine.
